JOB VACANCY – ALL-ROUND HOLIDAY RENTALS ASSISTANT Casa del Sol Holiday Rentals – Fuengirola / Mijas For our growing Holiday Rentals department in Fuengirola and Mijas, we are looking for an enthusiastic and practical all-round team member. You will mainly work closely with Sander and Uri, helping with everything from administration and guest communication to online rental platforms and practical property management. What will you do? - Manage and list rental properties on Booking.com, Airbnb and other rental platforms - Connect and synchronise new rental units with different platforms - Handle rental-related administration - Communicate with guests and clients - Communicate with partners, suppliers and maintenance teams - Transfer weekly reservations into Excel - Assist with day-to-day property management - Handle practical matters related to our properties and drive to properties when needed - Help solve or coordinate problems on site - In short: a true all-round role where every day is different Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who: - Speaks and writes Spanish and English - Has a driving licence and own car - Is practical, hands-on and not afraid to get things done - Is organised and able to work independently - Is accurate with administration - Has good communication and customer service skills - Is comfortable using computers, Excel and online platforms - Is happy to drive around and solve practical problems when needed - Is flexible and able to switch easily between different tasks Experience in holiday rentals, property management, hospitality, administration or real estate is an advantage, but a strong work ethic, common sense and independence are most important to us.
