MUSIC GIG BOOKER / BOOKING AGENT Costa del Sol & Beyond Commission-Based Role with High Growth Potential We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Gig Booker / Booking Agent to help secure paid live performances for a professional-quality music act with strong EPK (Electronic Press Kit) credentials. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication, networking or sales abilities who enjoys building relationships and turning opportunities into successful bookings. You will work with premium hospitality venues, private events, weddings, corporate functions and international communities throughout the Costa del Sol. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Identify and contact potential venues, promoters and event organizers • Secure paid live gigs through outreach and relationship building • Present the artist professionally and negotiate bookings • Follow up with leads and maintain venue relationships • Promote events and support visibility through social media • Help build a steady pipeline of recurring opportunities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Organized, reliable and results-oriented mindset • Confidence with outreach, networking and follow-ups • Experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, sales or business development is a plus • Existing network of venues, event planners or hospitality contacts is valuable, but not essential • Interest in music, live entertainment and audience engagement • Professional attitude and ability to represent the artist and project well WHAT WE OFFER • Above-market commission structure / 25% COMISSION • Flexible work structure: on-site, hybrid or remote • Freedom to organize your own schedule • Opportunity to grow within a thriving hospitality and events market • Dynamic and creative work environment connected to live music and premium venues TARGET MARKET The primary audience includes large expat and international communities across the Costa del Sol, especially English-speaking audiences attending hospitality venues, private events, weddings and corporate functions. LOCATION Costa del Sol preferred, although remote collaboration is possible for candidates able to close deals effectively via calls/video meetings.
