Location: Estepona, Spain Position: Full-Time The community is seeking a proactive, organized, and reliable Community Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of a prestigious residential community in Estepona. This is a practical, on-site role focused on ensuring the smooth running of the community through regular inspections, coordination of contractors and staff, follow-up of maintenance issues, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular inspections of the community and common areas. Monitor the condition of pools, gardens, garages, entrances, and shared facilities. Identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues proactively. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Verify that works are completed to the required standard. Liaise with concierge, security, cleaning, gardening, maintenance teams, and the Board. Track outstanding issues and ensure they are followed through until completion. Escalate issues where appropriate and provide regular operational updates. Support practical day-to-day problem solving. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is: Proactive, practical, and highly organized. Calm, professional, and discreet. A strong communicator with excellent follow-through. Comfortable working on-site and interacting with residents, staff, and contractors. Requirements Fluent English and Spanish. Strong organizational and operational skills. Basic technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. Good computer and email skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Experience Property or facilities management. Residential community operations. Construction or maintenance environments. About the Role This position focuses on operational coordination and site supervision. It does not replace licensed professionals, formal community administration, security personnel, or specialist contractors. The successful candidate will maintain professionalism, confidentiality, neutrality, and accountability while ensuring the community operates efficiently. Most duties are performed on-site.
