We are a boutique audio brand looking for a meticulous individual to join our production process in Marbella. We specialize in premium audio cables and need someone who values precision and high-quality craftsmanship. The Role: Hand-assembly of high-end audio cables (soldering, sleeving, finishing). Quality control of each unit produced. Flexible schedule (work from our small office/studio or potentially your own workspace). Requirements: Status: Must be registered as Autónomo in Spain (to issue invoices/facturas to a EU-based company). Skills: Experience in soldering or fine manual work (electronics, DIY, jewelry, or similar) is a big plus. We will provide training. Language: English B1 or higher. Interests: Passion for high-fidelity audio or music is a great advantage. Traits: High attention to detail, patience, and reliability. What we offer: Pay-per-unit: Compensation based on the number of cables assembled (piecework). Paid training period. Long-term collaboration as we grow.
