The Sunborn Gibraltar a renowned 5-star floating hotel, is currently seeking a Host. Key Responsibilities: • Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival. • Handling VIP guests with professionalism and discretion. • Managing restaurant reservations for daily operations, special offers, and events. • Overseeing payment processes. • Coordinating communication between teams and departments. • Assisting with room service coordination. Required Skills: • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential. • Additional languages, such as Spanish, are an advantage but not required. • Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Important Information: • This is an entry-level position; prior experience is not required but will be considered an asset. • Salary and contract details will be discussed during the interview process. • The role involves rotating shifts: o Morning shift: approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM o Afternoon shift: approximately 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM o Preferences will be considered based on operational needs.
