We are opening a new artisanal bakery and café in the heart of Torrevieja and are looking for a documented and experienced Pastry Chef (Confectioner) who wants to be part of the project from the very beginning. Position: Part-Time Pastry Chef / Confectioner Location: Torrevieja, Spain Working hours: Part-time – 3 to 4 hours per day, 5 days per week Schedule: Early morning shifts between 06:00 and 09:00 / 10:00 Start: By agreement, early 2026 We are looking for someone who: Has documented professional training and experience as a pastry chef/confectioner. Has experience working in a bakery, pastry shop, café, or restaurant. Is organized, detail-oriented, and maintains a consistently high level of quality. Can work independently and follow established recipes, methods, and concepts. Has strong hygiene standards, structure, and professional discipline. Is reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow with the project. Speaks English or Swedish (Spanish is a plus but not required). Has a valid work permit for Spain. Merit is given to candidates with: Experience with Scandinavian pastry and baked goods. Experience with French or Mediterranean pastry. Knowledge of modern pastry techniques and artisanal baking. Experience with laminated doughs, buns, cakes, and dessert production. We offer: A stable part-time position (3–4 hours per day, 5 days per week).
