Room in exchange for help at home

Au pair. We are a family living in Pozuelo de Alarcón Madrid, in a house with a 700-square-meter garden and private pool. We are looking for a native English speaker who doesn't speak Spanish but wants to learn. We also require help with housework for a few hours a day. Our family will cover a room and private bathroom, meals, and utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) in exchange for help with housework. Therefore, we ask for your commitment. I am a single parent. We live in a very large house with high utility bills, and instead of renting a room, we would like to share it with someone without any financial compensation. For this reason, we are not offering a weekly salary.
