This is a position at a newly opening Moorish restaurant in Brabant, the Netherlands. The menu is inspired by Mediterranean and Moorish cuisine, combining Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese influences with a modern twist. Position details: - Role: Sous Chef or Head Chef - Location: Brabant, the Netherlands - Start date: 2nd week of Nov. (long-term) - Salary: €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month (excl. holiday pay & vacation days) - Accommodation: Private room above the restaurant (€575/month) Requirements: - Min. 3 years of experience as a Sous or Head Chef - Strong background in tapas or shared dining - English level B2 or higher - Spanish or Portuguese (Arabic is a plus) - Valid documents to work in the Netherlands **NOTE: start up experience would be great!
